What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at ZINK DISTRIBUTING COMPANY LLC?
JOB DUTIES:
- Answering telephones to provide customer service and directing phone call to appropriate recipients
- Greeting everyone entering through the main lobby
- Distribution and collection of employment applications from the public
- Accurately entering retailer orders for the delivery of product
- Working with sales representatives and drivers to coordinate day-to-day customer service
- Preparing and imputing information for daily reports
- Distributing end-of-day reporting and preparing various routine management reports
- Assisting administrative co-workers in other responsibilities, as directed by management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answering telephones

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Employee does not pose a direct threat to the safety or health of him/herself or of others
- Ability to be issued and hold an Indiana Salesman’s Permit Pursuant to 905 IAC 1-8
