What does the job pay?
$15.50 per hour.
Availability Required:
- 6-8 hour shift, typically between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday
- Full or Part-time shifts available
- Flexible schedule with weekly availability preferred
- Holiday availability
- Full availability in November and December (we don't take any extra time off during these months)
This is a temporary job through December 23, 2025.
Performance Expectations - Essential Functions:
- Restock packaging, ingredients and raw material
- Package a variety of candy items quickly and neatly
- Assist with scaling recipes for cooks
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen work areas
- Works well in a small space
- Utilizes Standard Operating Procedures to complete tasks
- Asks questions for clarity and strives to improve all processes
Success Patterns:
- Some commercial kitchen experience
- Ability to work with organized systems
- Takes direction well
- Must be able to read English
- Great organizational skills
- Must feel comfortable expressing improvement and running experiments
Physical Demands:
- Must have high levels of mobility, flexibility, dexterity, coordination and energy
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with or without assistance
