Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including:
- Production and custom home builders
- Construction managers
- Interior designers
- Landscape architects
- Architectural firms
- Commercial developers and project managers
- Present and promote products and solutions to potential partners and clients.
- Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration opportunities to expand business reach.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and growth of new accounts.
- Track and manage all outreach, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM and spreadsheets.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in business development, B2B/C sales, or related roles.
