Director Of Finance / VP Finance Job Summary
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Total Compensation: $185,000-$230,000 (includes 25% annual bonus opportunity)
- Lead and oversee financial operations, reporting, and controls for the North American business
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decisions, profitability, and business growth
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support project-based accounting, profitability analysis, and operational finance initiatives
- Oversee cash management, working capital, and financial risk management activities
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance team development
- Partner with global finance teams and support international reporting requirements
- Coach, mentor, and develop finance team members while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Director Of Finance / VP Finance Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA designation preferred
- 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, project-based, or similar environments preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance
- Experience building processes, improving controls, and developing teams
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach
- Experience supporting global or matrix organizations preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership
