Talent Acquisition Specialist

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a talent acquisition specialist. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and recommending candidates for corporate and retails positions.

Job Summary

• Shifts Available: 8am to 5pm
• Pay range: $37-$49
• Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business needs
• Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
• Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skillset for open positions
• Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have commercial banking experience
• Outstanding sales and persuasiveness skills
• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years cumulative sales related or recruiting experience
• Corporate recruiting experience and recruitment experience within a financial institution
