Senior Training Specialist

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Senior Training Specialist who will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Director of Learning and Development and internal business group to assess – evaluate training needs, develop training materials to improve individual and organizational customer performance.

Job Summary

• Shifts Available: Hybrid/4 days on site
• Pay range: $38-$46
• Responsible for the development, management, delivery, effectiveness and evaluation of all assigned training programs and offerings
• Ensure that programs are consistent
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate in person and online learning programs
• Collaborate both face to face with other members of the Learning and Development team to ensure business objectives are met
• Work in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure training that aligns with goals
• Design and implement strategy to optimize knowledge
• Perform all duties required for e-learning content launch
• Evaluate effectiveness of current and future training and communication offerings
• Display consistent self-development and awareness of industry trends through research
• Ensure the integrity, consistency and quality of work
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills
• Knowledge of new training methodologies
• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, education or a related field, experience in a bank or financial services preferred
• 0-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
