Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base

Job Responsibilities
This role is focused on vendor and CMO quality oversight across manufacturing, packaging, testing labs, and raw material suppliers. Heavy coordination with third-party partners and internal cross-functional teams. Strong mix of audits, quality systems, and vendor relationship management.
- Coordinate and execute vendor/CMO audits per schedule
- Perform audits (CMO, CPO, CTL, raw/packaging vendors)
- Prepare/review audit agendas, reports, and CAPA follow-ups
- Maintain audit trackers and documentation in SAP
- Draft and manage Quality Agreements with vendors
- Ensure adherence to Quality Agreements
- Support QMS activities tied to third-party vendors
- Review APQRs and track implementation of actions
- Review stability data and ensure studies stay on schedule
- Support new product launches (CMO / in-license partners)
- Run periodic vendor calls and manage relationships
- Develop vendor scorecards and provide feedback
- Support cross-functional quality/compliance initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
- 5–7 years of QA experience in pharma/biotech
- Strong experience with vendor management / CMOs
- Audit experience (internal external vendors)
- Knowledge of CFR / GMP environments
- SAP or ERP experience required
- Sterile manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base
