Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Perform routine and non-routine testing in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Conduct microbiological and chemical assays
- Apply cGMP, GLP, and GDP practices in all laboratory activities
- Troubleshoot basic laboratory and instrumentation issues
- Collect, process, analyze, and report data accurately
- Review data for conformance to specifications and investigate anomalies
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Support data trending, reporting, and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Assist with lab maintenance and training of new personnel
- Collaborate with team members to complete QC testing requirements
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures and report incidents
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Participate in team, department, and company meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience is required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and laboratory practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
