Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in production or plant management.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing cross?functional groups including Finance.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and manage budgets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving performance targets.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and organizational values.
- Lead and develop Autonomous Production Unit Managers and key support functions, including HR, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing.
- Drive plant performance across Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (QCDP) metrics.
- Build, manage, and achieve the plant budget.
- Champion product and process improvements focused on QCD performance.
- Lead plant-wide improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all levels.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness for new launches and projects.
- Ensure employee safety, environmental compliance, and plant security at all times.
- Maintain full alignment with legal and regulatory requirements and serve as a key liaison with local authorities.
- Support staffing, training, and ongoing development for all plant employees.
- Identify and develop future operational leaders and subject matter experts.
