Material Handler

Material Planner

A well-known fragrance company is seeking a material planner who is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement and organization of fragrance raw materials, supplies, and finished products within the production facility.

Job Summary 

• Pay: $20/hr.
• Shifts Available:
  • 6am to 2:30pm         

 

• Utilize scanner/tablet, receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials, such as fragrance ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and quality standards
• Safely and efficiently transfer fragrance raw materials from tote, barrel, drum, etc into dispensing equipment used by compounder
• Safely and efficiently transport materials between production areas, warehouses, and storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other appropriate equipment.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse role
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
