This is a lead-level sprinkler role focused on inspecting, servicing, and repairing fire sprinkler systems for an established commercial customer base. On-call rotation is part of the role, because fires do not respect business hours. Rude, but true.What You’ll Be DoingPerform service calls, including emergency troubleshooting and repairsInspect and service fire sprinkler systems for existing customersIdentify code violations and non-conformance issuesInterpret and apply NFPA 25 standards during testing and inspectionsPerform fire pump flow tests preferred, but not requiredComplete accurate, timely service tickets and inspection reportsCommunicate clearly with customers about work performed and required repairsWhat We’re Looking ForValid driver’s license with 3 or fewer points3 years of licensed driving experience2 years inspecting and repairing fire sprinkler systemsStrong knowledge and understanding of NFPA codesNICET certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems or willingness to obtainComfortable working on ladders (6–12 ft), lifts, and in tight spacesAble to lift up to 70 lbs and work overheadOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliable with documentation and service ticketsCompensationHourly pay, negotiable based on experience (30/hr - 45/hr)Time and a half for hours worked between 6 pm and 5 am4-hour minimum at time and a half for emergency service callsDouble time (4-hour minimum) for emergency calls on recognized holidays, plus 8 hours of holiday payBenefits401k with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life and AD&D insurancePre-tax health and dependent care accountsAflacVacation and personal timePaid holidaysTuition reimbursementWhy This OpportunityThis is a stable, long-term role with a respected fire protection company and a large commercial customer base.
