We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer, Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will focus on optimizing processes, reducing waste, improving productivity, and supporting new product launches while ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification required; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Visio and Minitab preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Kanban.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support new product introductions, process flow development, PFMEA, and workstation design.
- Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
