Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of generalist or HRBP experience (manufacturing environment).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
- High energy, strong initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire training (policies, GMPs, Safety/OSHA).
- Support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee communication.
- Coordinate safety and food safety documentation and report deviations.
- Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
