Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support day?to?day HR operations for a growing International manufacturer who can drive a positive, high?performance workplace. This role manages staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, safety documentation, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with site leadership.

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Salary: $90-$95K

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of generalist or HRBP experience (manufacturing environment).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• High energy, strong initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire training (policies, GMPs, Safety/OSHA).
• Support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee performance management processes and employee communication.
• Coordinate safety and food safety documentation and report deviations.
• Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
