Company DescriptionGreat opportunity to join a large manufacturing company as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting and partnering with management in the execution of the business strategy.
Job Summary:
- Pay: $38-$40
- Shifts Available: Monday through Friday on site
- Support the deployment of the HR strategy within the assigned department
- Proactively supports site management
- Supports additional key local business projects and initiatives
- Drives and coordinates the application of the overall HR agenda
- Ensures compliance with employment related laws and regulations
- Is in close contact with wht the relevant HR Service delivery department
- Collaboration with TA for key recruitment initiatives and emplyer branding
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment with expertise in HR policies
- HRIS knowledge – SAP Success Factors strongly preferred
