Head of Quality & Regulatory

We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Regulatory to lead quality and regulatory initiatives for a global packaging and beauty solutions organization. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations and partner manufacturers.
You will partner closely with engineering, project management, sales, and global manufacturing teams (U.S., China, and Mexico) to resolve quality challenges, drive best practices, and deliver high-quality products to market.

This leader will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations and partner manufacturers.
You will partner closely with engineering, project management, sales, and global manufacturing teams (U.S., China, and Mexico) to resolve quality challenges, drive best practices, and deliver high-quality products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all quality and regulatory functions for packaging and turnkey production
- Drive resolution of production quality issues for packaging and formulations
- Develop and execute strategic quality and regulatory plans
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teams
- Conduct annual quality audits (ISO 22716 standards)
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all manufacturing partners
- Support commercialization and scale-up of formulations with contract manufacturers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing quality team
- Partner with customers to address and resolve quality-related concerns
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Packaging Engineering, or related field
- 15 years of experience in technical packaging support within cosmetics, beauty, or CPG
- 7 years of leadership experience
- Strong experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
