Distribution Coordinator

Position Summary
We are hiring a Distribution Coordinator to support our client's daily distribution operations and help keep the office running smoothly. This role fits someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to contribute across the team. They value attitude, initiative, and work ethic. Training can be provided for someone who is motivated to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter orders accurately and on time
• Support daily distribution activities, including shipment intake, handling, and documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate records across distribution workflows
• Use internal systems to enter, track, and manage distribution data
• Work closely with team members to support efficient day-to-day operations
• Step in to assist with tasks across the department based on business needs
• Help maintain consistent attention to detail in all administrative and operational work
• Communicate updates, issues, and order-related information clearly to the team

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Solid organization and time management skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
• Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to help with a range of tasks
• Reliable work ethic and readiness to take initiative

Preferred Background

• Experience in distribution, shipping, logistics, order entry, or office support is helpful but not required
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment is helpful
