Leading flavor manufacturer located in Somerset, NJ is in need of a Compounder to join the team on the 1st shift.
Duties
- Responsible for retrieving ingredients accurately measuring ingredients using scales, mixing various ingredients/chemicals
- Identifying ingredients that require dilution and diluting appropriately and recording raw materials usage.
- Maintains quality standards by verifying weight and contents of raw materials
- Add raw materials and follow the formula requirements to complete production orders using equipment such as mixers, spray dryers and blending tanks.
- Must follow standard batch instructions to accurately weigh dyes, chemicals, and other substances into the equipment.
- Check for consistency in various batches and measure the viscosity of the mixtures.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compounding manufacturing experience
