Pay: $20–$23/hour
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Sort and distribute mail, emails, and faxes
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
- Maintain payroll and attendance records
- Greet visitors and answer inquiries
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and take meeting notes
- Order supplies and maintain filing systems
- Prepare invoices, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support general office operations as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
