About the Role

As an SEO & AI Content Specialist, you’ll produce world-class content, optimize pages for humans and LLMs, and publish across WordPress and major automotive CMS systems.

You’ll work directly with leadership (including our Co-Founders) in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your ideas influence what we build next.

This role is ideal for:

• A mid-level SEO/content marketer with agency experience
• A high-talent, entry-level candidate eager to train and level up quickly

You’ll work within modular content workflows designed for scalability across multiple websites and platforms, while still delivering unique dealership-specific content.

The role requires balancing national SEO strategy with local relevance and authentic brand voice. You’ll collaborate with AI tools for research, drafting, simple coding, and optimization — not just as assistants, but as integral parts of the creative process.

AI can accelerate workflows, but success in this role depends on human creativity, judgment, and critical thinking to unlock its full potential.

What You’ll Do

• Create SEO and LLM-optimized content for automotive brands across the U.S.
• Build, publish, and optimize pages across WordPress and dealership CMS platforms
• Execute foundational SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and indexing strategy
• Participate in a vector-first, AI-enhanced content development workflow
• Assist with web design elements, layout, formatting, and UX best practices
• Collaborate on multi-platform publishing systems used by client dealership groups
• Translate analytics dashboards and performance reviews into actionable content improvements
• Work closely with a small, high-performance team to refine processes and innovate in real time

What You Bring

Required

• Familiarity with core SEO fundamentals
• Comfort working with AI prompts and structured workflows for content creation
• Experience in WordPress or similar CMS
• Solid writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance technical SEO with human-centered storytelling
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment

Preferred (but not required)

• Agency experience
• Automotive content or automotive digital marketing background
• Experience publishing in dealership CMS platforms (Apollo, Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, etc)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to troubleshoot CMS formatting
• Experience with JSON-LD/schema
• GA4, Search Console, or SEMrush familiarity
• UX/web design instincts
• Familiarity with Photoshop for creating article-relevant images, resizing across aspect ratios, applying global/local adjustments, and extending backgrounds for larger layouts.
