The Integrator will:
- Partner with the CEO and COO to translate vision and product strategy into operational plans.
- Build the infrastructure (processes, systems, dashboards) to enable rapid growth.
- Align leadership and functional heads on priorities, KPIs, and accountability.
- Drive execution of quarterly/annual goals and ensure metrics-driven decision making.
- Identify and solve cross-departmental friction points before they escalate.
- Scale and professionalize operational practices without stifling innovation.
- Serve as a thought partner, providing a pragmatic counterbalance to visionary leadership.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to set company-wide OKRs, then ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with finance on budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Process Optimization: Implement systems for communication, project management, and reporting.
- Scaling Culture: Preserve the entrepreneurial spirit while creating repeatable, efficient processes.
Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in operations, general management, or scaling start-ups (preferably in AI/tech).
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to simplify and structure complexity.
- Experience working with visionary founders and fast-moving teams.
- Financial acumen and comfort with P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to inspire alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, adaptable, and execution-driven.

- We are looking to hire 2-4 candidates for this role at different levels, with the salary range reflecting a broad spectrum of experience and career stages.
