The Role
We’re hiring an AI Vibe Coder — a developer who uses AI as an accelerator and intuition as a guide.
You’ll build and ship features that carry energy — products that look, move, and feel premium.
This is part engineer, part creative technologist, part AI director.
You know how to prompt AI, refine its output, and deploy real, production-ready code that aligns with a brand vibe.
What You’ll Do
- Ship new features and tools fast using AI (GPT-5, Claude, Copilot, Replit).
- Build front-end and full-stack systems with React, Next.js, Node, and Python.
- Integrate AI agents into legal and client workflows to boost efficiency and clarity.
- Design interfaces that feel intentional — smooth, intelligent, human.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to translate vision into code.
- Help define Zlayt’s AI-assisted development process for speed and quality.
You Are
- A strong developer (4 years or equivalent output) who codes with AI daily.
- Comfortable shipping fast, iterating faster, and delivering clean results.
- Skilled in front-end and back-end development.
- Obsessed with design details and UX emotion — how software feels matters to you.
- Capable of turning rough ideas into refined, production-level experiences.
- Excited to work in a team that moves like a startup but executes like a firm.

Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $210,000
- Bonus: $10,000 – $40,000 based on speed and impact
- Growth Path: Senior AI Engineer → Product Innovation Lead → Head of AI Engineering
