Position Overview
The Lead Manager is a critical front-line revenue role responsible for engaging, qualifying, and converting inbound and outbound homeowner leads into actionable acquisition opportunities. This individual serves as the first live point of contact for motivated sellers and plays a direct role in driving revenue through speed-to-lead, follow-up discipline, and exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Make immediate outbound calls to inbound leads generated through PPC, direct mail, SMS, and online forms
- Conduct professional, empathetic discovery conversations with homeowners to uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations
- Pre-qualify leads and determine deal viability before escalation to Acquisitions
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately log all calls, texts, emails, notes, and disposition updates in Salesforce (Left Main)
- Maintain clean lead statuses, follow-up tasks, and pipeline hygiene
- Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined tracking and documentation
Follow-Up & Conversion
- Execute structured, multi-touch follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails) until dispositioned
- Re-engage cold, warm, and long-term nurture leads consistently
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners while maintaining urgency and professionalism
Collaboration & Deal Flow
- Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to Acquisitions with complete notes and context
- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends
- Work closely with leadership to improve scripts, processes, and conversion metrics
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
