This role serves as a key point of contact for general, business, and commercial aviation customers and plays an important part in delivering accurate order processing, pricing guidance, and responsive account support in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation sales support, customer support, or inside sales within the aerospace industry. Industry experience isn’t required, but preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to support global aviation customers
- Experience processing and managing orders for products and/or maintenance services
- Proficiency using CRM and ERP systems to document customer activity and manage workflows
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a high-volume phone and email environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional support
- Receive, enter, and manage customer orders for both new product purchases and maintenance services within ERP systems
- Provide customers with accurate pricing, order status updates, and lead-time information
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve account-related issues
- Support sales initiatives and participate in marketing and campaign-related outreach activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM/ERP platforms
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
