Zimowski Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with a background in food service sales and related products who enjoys building customer relationships and helping clients find the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new business through outbound sales calls and customer follow-up.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend products and promotions to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and warehouse staff.
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale.
- Maintain customer records and sales activity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service sales or a related industry required.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
