Zimmerman Truck Repairs, Inc. is the maintenance and repair division of Zimmerman Truck Lines, a Central Pennsylvania trucking company with more than 80 years of experience serving its customers.
Our team keeps the Zimmerman Truck Lines fleet moving while also providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to other trucking companies throughout the region.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our first-shift team. In this role, you'll help our technicians get the right parts when they need them, maintain accurate inventory, and provide responsive service to our customers.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, tag, stock, and distribute parts and supplies.
- Assist technicians with locating and issuing the parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to parts inquiries from customers in person and by phone.
- Look up parts and help identify the correct components for customer and shop needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
- Prepare and process parts quotes, invoices, and related documentation.
- Keep parts storage and counter areas organized and efficient.
- Work closely with technicians and other team members to help keep repairs moving.
What We're Looking For

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn parts and inventory software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of heavy-duty truck, diesel, automotive, or related parts experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurability requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
This is a full-time, first-shift position with at least 40 hours per week.
Compensation
$18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills.
