Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our leadership team and play a critical role in contract evaluation, margin protection, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and profitability.
This position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing team members to work remotely a few days per week after initial training and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial reports, project estimates, and forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Evaluate and analyze contracts to ensure compliance, protect profitability, and identify financial risks or opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain profit margins across all projects and clients, recommending adjustments when necessary.
- Develop financial strategies and forecasting models to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Perform market and trend analysis to inform financial planning and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure all contracts, pricing structures, and proposals align with company financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial objectives align with operational and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize platforms such as Construction Online and other financial tools for tracking performance metrics and reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, enhancing skills in financial analysis, negotiation, and business development.
- Stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive financial strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial analytics, reporting, forecasting, and contract analysis.
- Strong background in monitoring and managing profit margins and financial performance.
- Proficiency in account management and financial software/tools.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly to management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
