Duties

- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach to potential clients across diverse markets
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, monitor sales progress, and optimize customer engagement strategies
- Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with sales goals
- Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Facilitate effective communication between departments such as marketing, customer service, and finance to streamline operations
- Conduct public speaking engagements and presentations to promote products, services, or dealership offerings at events or meetings
- Maintain exceptional phone etiquette and customer service standards during all interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end markets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while building long-term relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customer bases are highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of automotive dealership operations including inventory control, retail math, and dealership procedures
- Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, customer interactions, and team collaboration
