Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager/Finance Manager to join our energetic team. Duties

  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets through effective coaching and motivation
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients to closing high-end deals with B2B (business-to-business) and retail customers
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach to potential clients across diverse markets
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, monitor sales progress, and optimize customer engagement strategies
  • Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with sales goals
  • Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments such as marketing, customer service, and finance to streamline operations
  • Conduct public speaking engagements and presentations to promote products, services, or dealership offerings at events or meetings
  • Maintain exceptional phone etiquette and customer service standards during all interactions

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end markets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while building long-term relationships
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customer bases are highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations including inventory control, retail math, and dealership procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, customer interactions, and team collaboration
  • Outbound sales expertise including cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies
  • Customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and support overall sales initiatives
