Project Manager
This is a long-term, full-time position with a medium-size construction company. We are committed to safety, including providing and maintaining a drug-free workplace. Summary
The Project Manager will provide overall management and direction for successful completion of residential and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
· Define project objectives, scope of work, roles, and responsibilities.
· Manage delivery of the project according to plan.
· Communicate project details and timeline to key players (customers, subcontractors, vendors, and crew), including any changes.
· Collaborate with foreman and customer to resolve project issues expeditiously
· Plan, organize, and manage field performance.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and work with foreman to provide quality and safety oversight to each job.
· Maintain financial project health through budgets cost tracking and invoicing.
· Regular site visits with foreman and customers.

· 4-year engineering or construction management degree with 3-5 years of experience in residential/light commercial construction. Extensive construction experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
· Experience leading residential and light commercial building and excavation projects.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
