What Makes You Stand Out
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of stainless steel, titanium, Zimaloy, UHMPWE plastic, ceramics, cold and hot rolled steel, brass, tool steels, aluminum, rubber, and castings.
- A good working knowledge of CNC equipment as well as conventional metal cutting, grinding, and plastic working equipment.
- Capable of laying out work in the most cost-effective manner from the information available.
- Capable of working in a team-based environment.
Must Meet One Of The Following
- Completion of the Zimmer Biomet Aspire Tool & Die Trainee program
- Completion of a Tool & Die degree (Associates) with 3 yrs of relevant tool making experience,
- 6 yrs of hands on Toolmaking Experience
- A four year approved Tool & Die Apprenticeship Program is approved
- Up to 5%
