Small 3600 head Cattle Finishing Yard. Must be able to operate Feed Truck, pickup and trailer, wheel loaders, JD Tractor, handle cattle for shipping and receiving, and give vaccine for cattle processing. Will do all cleaning and maintenance to maintain an clean productive operation. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; construct facilities; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; maintain grounds and landscaping; operate self propelled machinery; record information about crops; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; trap and destroy pests; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; weigh containers and record weights and identifying information; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, dirt moving equipment, forklift, irrigation equipment, manure spreading equipment, semi trucks, skid steers, sprayers, straight frame trucks, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, corn, hay. Must speak and understand English.
