Sales Assistant & Buick/GMC Technology Expert
Sales Assistant
- Manage inventory
- Organizing and maintaining new and used car inventory
- Assisting with picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Assist Sales Manager with various administrative duties
- Checking in New Vehicles
- Keep inventory retail-ready
- Other duties as assigned
Technology Expert
- Help the customer from start to finish in the delivery of their new Buick/GMC
- Educate customers on how to operate their newly purchased vehicles
- Educate customers on warranty information and trial information
- Setup new customers with Onstar Connected Services
- Assist current and past sales and service customers with their technology needs
- Help service advisors diagnose technology problems
- Help sales consultants with any technology related questions
- Lead sales team in technology discovery and learning
