💼 What You'll Do:

• Build strong, authentic relationships with customers — online, over the phone, and in person

• Represent the MINI lifestyle and brand values to our loyal and enthusiastic customer base

• Leverage showroom and service traffic, internet leads, and referrals to generate sales

• Utilize our Business Development Center, MINI USA leads, and internal marketing to grow your pipeline

• Create short-form videos for social media to showcase cars, events, and dealership personality

• Collaborate with BMW and pre-owned vehicle teams for additional sales opportunities

• Stay informed about MINI, BMW, and competitor products to effectively communicate value

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident communicator with a passion for helping people

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Comfortable asking for the sale with pride in your product and team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable with basic tech: CRM tools, MS Office, internet-based applications

• Valid driver’s license (manual transmission skills a plus!)

• Previous sales or customer service experience (especially in automotive, retail, or tech)

• Familiarity with CRM tools
