About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven U.S. B2B Sales Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals.

You will focus on the U.S. and Canada markets, identifying businesses that need software development, automation, technical support, or dedicated development team solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and knows how to generate revenue independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, reach out to, and engage potential B2B clients across the United States and Canada
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to deal closure
  • Identify companies with software development, automation, IT staffing, or technical support needs and position the company’s services effectively
  • Build, manage, and optimize your own sales pipeline independently
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to target segments and buyer profiles
  • Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Establish a repeatable and scalable personal sales process that consistently drives results


Target Market

You will be free to pursue an open-market approach across the U.S. and Canada, including but not limited to:

  • Startups
  • Agencies
  • Local businesses
  • Enterprise clients

Any business in need of custom software development, automation solutions, technical support, or dedicated development teams can be considered a potential client.


Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just setting appointments
  • Ability to independently run a full-cycle sales process
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a remote, flexible, and autonomous environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling services, staffing solutions, or high-ticket offers
  • Background in tech, SaaS, software services, or agency environments
  • Existing professional network or strong outbound sales strategy
  • Ability to perform effectively without scripts or rigid sales structures

Working Hours

  • Fully flexible working schedule
  • Availability to communicate with U.S.-based clients during standard business hours when needed
