Dotloop is part of the newly formed ShowingTime business line that serves real estate professionals with a suite of B2B SaaS products and services. About the role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who has passion for improving complex, inefficient, and stressful experiences, which is often how the real estate transaction is described, to join our remote team. This product manager role will be responsible for owning projects supporting the strategy and product roadmap across all phases, personas, and platforms (web, iOS, Android).

As member of the dotloop Product team you will be responsible for:

  • Having customer empathy and devising product features that drive desired customer behavior.

  • Establish product goals and develop a roadmap. Govern product development efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, and launch efforts

  • Write roadmap and strategy documentation and ensure clear communication and coordination of product needs for the business and product development teams

  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, Research and identify new opportunities

  • Take ownership of document creation to support planning, design and operation readiness reviews

  • Collaborate with contributors to anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and increase business benefit while building great customer experiences

  • Developing preliminary design concepts and partner with our UX designer to finalize.

  • Partner with engineering to build product features.

  • Develop objectives and key results. Partner with the product analyst to define and receive metrics. Derive valuable product insights and make plans for actionable change based on data.

  • Coordinate large scale projects spanning teams across Operations from inception to conclusion, formulate the product vision, define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $166,300.00 - $265,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 8 years of product management experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets.

  • Experience in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across multiple Sr. Leadership teams

  • Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies – Agile, SCRUM, etc.

  • Proven advocate for your product to business and technical partners

  • A self-starter with attention to details

  • Ability to travel (~20%)
