We sell an end to end lead generation service, management and conversion tools for broker or real estate teams. We are growing the value proposition that Zillow can bring to brokers and team leaders. Our team is smaller than most of the sales teams here at Zillow Group, but we have a huge impact to the product. We sit nationally and are rapidly growing to continue to capitalize on remaining market share and new subscribers.About the role
The role of the Business Development Representative is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and setting appointments for our Enterprise Sales Executives or acquisition facing events. The role requires a growth mindset, high-level work ethic, and strong communication skills. You are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience prospecting leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong top funnel relationships with prospects from first contact to secure appointments being at the frontline of our acquisition’s efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by driving appointments for top-line revenue through appointment setting for Enterprise Sales Executives.
- Qualify prospects using lists, reports and through self-prospecting efforts
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and inbounds.
- Present our product and company to potential clients at a high level.
- Localize your knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising needs based on each market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all decision makers.
- Provide feedback to senior leadership on any roadblocks preventing acquisition efforts.
Who you are
- 1 -2 years of sales experience.
- Possess high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude
- Online advertising sales background is a plus
- High ethical values and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
- Aptitude for new technologies and innovation.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
- College Degree is preferred
