Shared Services Advisor - Disability Claims
Location : REMOTE and Onsite ( Hybrid Role ) ----- Vienna, VA / Pensacola, FL / Winchester, VA
Duration : Long term ongoing with no end date
Shared Services Advisor provides guidance and support across various shared services functions to optimize operations and resolve employee inquiries
• Employee Support & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employees after vendor approval of disability claims. Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls to provide accurate information and guidance.
• Case Management: Manage and resolve employee-submitted cases, including those requiring complex information and detailed guidance.
• Reporting & Data Validation: Create reports and perform validations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• System Updates: Review and update employment statuses in Oracle HCM to maintain accurate records.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, contractors, and advisors involved in processing disability payments to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution.
Required Skillsets:
1. Knowledge of shared services models and operational efficiency practices
2. Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
3. Excellent communication and advisory abilities
4. Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
