Hybrid Role - 3 Days a week onsite in Pensacola, FL// 2 Days Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension

$35- $40/hr w2

*This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.

Job Description:

An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills.

Required Skill Sets

1. Expertise in e-learning tools

2. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies

3. Strong visual design and content development skills

4. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness

The contract will run until 12/31/2026 with any extension being based upon performance and business unit needs as that time comes.
