Role Description
This is a part-time internship. You'll work directly with the Zilla Breaks team on the content and community side of our brand - planning and publishing social content, analyzing what's working, and helping bring creative ideas to life across our channels. The position starts unpaid with a genuine path to compensation at the 6 to 12 month mark based on performance and fit. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just fulfill a credit requirement.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Zilla Breaks social channels
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze what's driving engagement and growth
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm creative strategies to strengthen brand presence and reach
- Engage with our online community and help foster a strong collector following
- Collaborate with the team on broader marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with popular social media platforms and analytical tools
- Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for sports and collectibles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or a related area
