Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, window washing, and deep cleaning projects as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Support custodial operations by organizing cleaning supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
