Accounts Receivable Administrator

Ziglift Material Handling is one of the nation’s leading independent Storage Solutions companies. We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. Ziglift has five branch locations in four states that specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective storage solutions for our customers.

This key role will ensure complete, accurate, and consistent customer billing, receive timely payment for goods & services via collections calls, and records these transactions accurately. The candidate should be able to develop business relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers. This role requires the candidate to be organized and have a keen eye for detail to spot irregularities that may arise.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining Consistent & Timing Company Billings, including Item Code / Inventory Accuracy
• Generate Weekly AR Aging Reports by Customer, Job Status and Sales Rep for Sr. Management as the basis for making Daily Collections Calls
• Generate Customer Invoices, Statements, and Reconciliations as needed
• Investigate, Resolve and Respond to all Customer Billing Inquiries
• Manage new Customer Credit Apps and Sales Exemption Certificates
• Assist with Monthly Multi-State Sales Tax filings and Reconciliations
• Assist Accounts Payable and Sales Support as needed
• Assisting with General Accounting and other Tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• A knowledge of NetSuite Billings & Collections Cycles is Required
• Prior Billings & Collections Experience is Required
• Prior Material Handling Equipment Sales or Logistics Industry Experience is a Plus
• Knowledge of Sales Tax Software (like Avalara) is a Plus
• Being inquisitive by nature and having a keen eye for detail is preferred
• The ability to prioritize and manage in a fast-paced work environment
• A college degree is preferred but not required
• Proficient with Excel
• Ability to communicate with all levels of company & customer management
• The ability to multi-task and work independently
• An understanding of Sales, Billing, and Collections processes & procedures
• General understanding of Multi-state Sales Taxes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
