Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, and hosts, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact.
- Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and adherence to health regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices within the food industry.
- Familiarity with food production processes and health regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
