Some of your job duties will include:
- Engage in selling products and services that enhance the client's desired outcome
- Help facilitate product knowledge and installation techniques
- Actively communicate with our clients in a positive and complete manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Willingness to share department responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
- Seek opportunities to improve the client's experiences with Ziggy's
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, service, support experience helpful
- Computer skills that include Microsoft Office
- Construction knowledge or lumber sales
- Self-motivated and self-managed to maximize time and daily activities
- Possess a high level of organization and detailed task review for quality assurance
- Positive and cheerful customer service with strong communication skills
