Your Role
- Assist salon professionals with daily services and operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Shampoo, blow-dry, and prepare clients for their services
- Support retail efforts by recommending products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
- Greet and engage clients to ensure a comfortable, elevated experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous salon or beauty industry experience is a plus (not required)
- Retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
