- Have prior coffee experience (preferred, but not required)
- Are enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for service
- Adhere to Ziggi’s Coffee policies and brand values and are eager to master recipes and procedures
- Have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Displays a positive attitude and maintains professionalism at all times
- Shows a passion for continuous learning – always remains coachable
- Have flexible availability throughout the week and/or on weekends to work morning, mid- day, and/or closing shifts
- Have prior cash-handling and customer service experience
- Have a willingness for a long-term commitment (not just seasonal help)
