Client Success Lead
Zifty is looking for a Client Success Lead to manage client relationships, deliver operational support, and drive long-term partner retention. You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal team ensuring a high-quality delivery experience from onboarding through ongoing partnership.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and serve as their primary point of contact for questions, issues, and support
- Develop communication schedules and conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships
- Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations, and flag at-risk accounts to leadership
- Coordinate with Operations and Support to address client concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain account documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Background in client success, account management, operations, logistics, hospitality, or customer support
- Experience managing escalations and relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiarity with CRM or support platforms a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, in-office | Reports to leadership
- $50,000–$60,000 annually
- Full benefits package, including unlimited PTO
