About the Role

At RetailMeNot, we're rewriting the narrative of couponing, transforming it from a last-minute necessity to an exciting journey of savings and rewards. We're not just a platform for discount codes; we're a shopping concierge where our members earn while they spend. Through validation, curation and recommendation of promotions across all channels-be it web, app, extension, or email-we strive to ensure best of web value for our customers.

Now, we're seeking a CRM Coordinator to be a vital part in helping RetailMeNot consumers to save money everyday by bringing them the best online coupons, cash back and sales every day. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include using Braze, our email service provider, to execute daily campaigns in multiple channels, working cross-functionally with operations managers to maintain a marketing calendar and marketing inventory, as well as providing insights and following market trends to predict the best deals to share with our users.

What You'll Do

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a marketing calendar and corresponding inventory
Execute CRM Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including hands-on email builds using HTML and Liquid logic where applicable.
Test / QA email & push campaigns for validity, grammar and user to merchant friction
Follow market and performance trends to strategize the best of the day deals and content to share with our users
Create A / B testing plans to align with company OKRs
Report on channel performance and A / B testing successes
Coordinate and collaborate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns in a timely manner.

Who You Are

You are an engagement and retention champion, always advocating for the user and striving for best-in-class programming.

You love shopping and have a keen understanding of the eCommerce landscape. Coupons, Cash Back, Secret Sales; the thrill of a good deal gets you pumped to share your savings success and add more money in your wallet for your next splurge.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in communications or marketing-related field or equivalent job experience

You have 1-2 years experience in email marketing, mobile marketing, and / or digital project management, including hands-on experience building emails. Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content are strongly preferred.

You have 1-2 years of experience with an enterprise level CRM such as Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.

You excel in written and communication skills

You have a strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and can analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations.

You your excellent organization skills

You have strong attention to detail

You thrive in a multifaceted, fast paced team environment

You are excited by finding and implementing new efficiencies within your team

You have a strong understanding of the A / B testing work flow from conception to reporting
