Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Zendesk to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
- Provide technical sales support to clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Requirements
