Well-established, small CPA firm based in the St. Louis area with a strong national and international reputation for our work with nonprofit organizations is currently seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team. This is a remote position with minimal travel requirements.

Position Overview
The Audit Senior will be responsible for performing attestation engagements (audits, reviews, and compilations) for nonprofit clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Active CPA license
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience
- Ability to perform small audits from start to finish and work with a team on larger audits
- Proficiency with audit software, such as Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager
- Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience auditing nonprofit organizations
- Experience with Yellow Book and Single Audits
- Experience preparing IRS Form 990s
- Familiarity with nonprofit reporting and compliance requirements
