Ziegler Tire in Youngstown, Oh is currently looking to add another Commercial Tire Technician . The Commercial Tire Technician is primary working with and delivery of semi truck tires.
The Commercial Tire Technician job pays an hourly rate plus commission for work completed. Total compensation posted includes hourly wage plus commission pay. Base pay is based off of experience and total compensation could be higher based on work completed. Commission paid on top of base wage for all labor completed. Additional incentive paid for every delivery made on top of base wage. Very generous after-hours service compensation. Tire experience is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install Tires
- Mount and Dismount all types of tires
- Load and unload semi tires from delivery trailers
- Stack semi tires and organize inventory as requested
- Deliver tires to fleet customers
- After full training run service calls for semi tires or equipment
- General cleaning and organization
- Maintain adequate Tire Inventory.
- Communicate with the Service Manager regularly.
- Follow company policies for all aspects of Tire installation and Safety.
- Maintain accurate records of each tire on vehicles
Qualifications and Skills
- Dependable
- Clean driving record / full MVR will be run
- Verifiable work history or schooling
- Able to pass a drug test
