What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Associate position at Ziegler Tire?
Ziegler Tire is seeking full-time Manufacturing Personnel for our Massillon, OH retreading facility. You will have the opportunity to receive Michelin IBOT training and certification to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Our team of retread technicians works to create hundreds of tires daily. You will be responsible for working one of our posts in a 9-step process, making sure that tires move through the facility seamlessly and get back on the road with our customers. Posts available include building, chamber management and tread management. Incentive, production pay available based on role.

Job Requirements
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to stand, lift, stoop for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must be interested in OT availability based on season.

Pay: $31,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
